Carlos Madrid began his career in the TV business as a photographer and video editor with the NBC affiliate in Midland, Texas. After 12 years in the business, he left the industry and shortly after began his own company, MadAds Media and then MadWraps sign company.

Carlos's journey with plant-based nutrition began when his wife, Marcy, was diagnosed with MS in 2015. Faced with a debilitating and depressing diagnosis and a list of new medications, Carlos and Marcy began exploring the research and evidence related to food as medicine for the treatment of a variety of diseases including Multiple Sclerosis. Seeing the impact in his own life, Carlos is now an advocate for plant-based nutrition to everyone he encounters who is facing a new diagnosis or struggling to fight back a disease.
