There is compelling data that Alzheimer's is deeply influenced by simple lifestyle choices that we make every day (i.e. what we eat, how often we exercise, quality of our sleep and how we respond to stress). Participants will chose their favorite, go-to recipe during the past year and email it to us so we can compile a list of everyone's recipes and distribute prior to the event.
